RETAINER: 20% non refundable retainer in order to secure your date.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS OVER INITIAL RETAINER: NON REFUNDABLE
BALANCE: Due 2 weeks prior to your event date.
CLIENT CANCELLATION : within 8 weeks of event 100% is non refundable
CARD ON FILE: CARD MUST BE SAVED ON FILE AND WIL BE CHARGED IF THE CONTRACT IS BROKEN
COMPANY CANCELLATION: full refund is issued
TRIAL RUNS: Monday - Friday by appointment only and done in studio.
FEES: Valet/Parking is the responsibility of the client.
TRAVEL: $3 a mile round trip per artist for locations 20 miles past the studio location.
LATE ARRIVAL FEE: There is a 15 minute grace period with notification to company of late arrival. Over 15 minutes late and or no notification of lateness, job will be canceled and client must pay for the full service.
HAIR RULES: Arrive with clean dry hair that has not been flat ironed. If artist has to blow dry hair because it is wet there will be an additional service fee of $20.
MAKEUP RULES: Arrive with clean moisturized skin, bring any items you want in particular on your skin to insure artist is able to accommodate. We carry a range of lashes but if you want a specific style we recommend you provide them.
PAYMENT: Credit card is held on file to secure your date and to cover any additional services or broken contract fees.
